Ento is market-leading workforce management software (SaaS) designed to help a broad range of businesses and industries manage compliance, increase revenue, and reduce labour costs with a single HR, WFM & Onboarding platform.
As Head of Product Design, I champion the voice of the customer, product, and design. I engage all parts of the business to ensure a best-in-class product that delights customers every day.
As a key part of Ento’s leadership team, I work closely with executives and other department heads to coach, mentor, and inspire the teams at Ento—from day-to-day activities to quarterly town halls—to deliver key product strategy and vision.
Team leadership
- Coach and mentor team members on best-in-class digital product discovery, design, and development processes
- Drive a process centred around first principles and design thinking
- Encourage an environment of feedback and design critique
- Team leadership with regular 1:1s, coaching, mentoring, and career development planning
- Work with Ento leadership to design and deliver key team activities to drive team happiness and engagement
Stakeholder and team engagement and alignment
- Engage Ento stakeholders to produce and maintain the product roadmap
- Create and share the Ento Product Vision
- Collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
Product discovery, design, and delivery
- Hands-on involvement in product discovery, validation, design, and delivery
- Engage with existing clients and pre-sales opportunities to understand needs and pain points
- Drive a rapid test-and-learn approach
- Use Dual Track design and delivery, working closely with engineering to optimise outcomes
- Run and participate in key agile rituals
