As a market leader in real estate advertising, REA Group identified a need for agents to move from traditional marketing and new business activities to digital platforms. As Product Design Lead I joined the team at the initial formation stage to bring the Agent Edge product suite to life.

  • Leadership and coaching of a product design team
  • Alignment of design processes and principles with DesignOps and design teams across other business units
  • Product discovery to understand customer, consumer, and business needs
  • Development of a product vision to communicate to stakeholders and business leaders
  • Sketches, medium to high-fidelity prototypes for concept testing (in-person and online)

  • Customer and consumer interviews
  • Design of a low-fidelity functioning analog (manual process) to validate the product with minimal tech build
